Hypothesis:

Using our business matter experts on coconut production in India, we can create a brand presence from scratch.

Methodology:

  • Interviews of key stakeholders

  • Sitemapping

  • Wireframing

  • Creation of brand guidelines—logo, style guide, icon library, etc

  • Full website design & development

Methodology & Considerations:

Interviews

Our key stakeholders were the experts on everything coconut and India related. They gave us invaluable information on our users.

Sitemapping

Utilizing our research with our stakeholders, we were able to create a sitemap and user flow that would be ideal for visitors to the site.

Style Guide

Since Apex was brand new, we had to come up with an entire novel look and feel for the website. This style guide acted as a great resource when designing the website.

Wireframing

We went through multiple iterations of wireframes for the entire site, before putting all the theming together. This helped with content layout and to get sign off from stakeholders before development.

Responsive design

It was very important that the final design and development was responsive for mobile and tablet versions.
